Awards (Thank-you for the support and encouragement!)

This is the page dedicated to my fellow bloggers who encouraged me along the way ❤

Sunshine Award
nominated by Lita
my acceptance Sunshine on a Poopy Day

It’s been an honor to be nominated and awarded these blogging awards. Thank-you for the support and encouragement!

Sunshine Award

Liebster Award (two nominations) and

Field of Flowers Award

I enjoyed participating in these awards, getting to know my fellow bloggers, and the sense of community these awards foster. I’m not a fan of chain letters, luck or superstition – but in my experience these awards are motivating, encouraging, and thought-provoking.

Liebster Award - discover new blogs!
nominated by Lisa and Upasna
my acceptance: Not Giving Up

I’m not sure how all my fellow bloggers feel about these awards, and honestly I don’t have time to investigate before I nominate. I do try to nominate bloggers who will enjoy the nomination and the recognition. I understand if my fellow bloggers choose not to participate. No hard feelings.

I apologize if I take a while to get back to you. Life as a special needs momma gets very busy at times…

Field of Flowers Award
nominated by Zainab
my acceptance Dreaming of Flowers

Last – but not least – just a bit of humor for my pessimistic side… (I’m not all sunshine and smiles every day.) We all have bad days 😦

The Damp Laundry Award for Over-excited Incontinence
This could just be the non-award for you!

😉 Seriously though,

I would like to give a special thanks to Gluten Free on a Shoestring (for some truly amazing gluten free recipes and my inspiration!)

I’d also like to thank Zero to Hero by The Daily Post

    1. Afsheen,
Thank-you for the award nominations! I appreciate the encouragement. I hope to get caught up on my blog soon 🙂 It’s been a very busy time with family these last few months. I find myself looking forward to boredom 😉 I hope all is well with you and your family. May Allah continue to bless you and your family!

  1. Hi Liana, I nominated you for a very inspiring blogger award – I know you put a lot of effort into autism awareness here and probably elsewhere, and you certainly put a lot of effort into being a wonderful mom!
If you will accept it, these are the rules…
    1) The nominee shall display the Very Inspiring Blogger Award logo on her/his blog, and link to the blog they got nominated from.
    2) The nominee shall nominate fifteen (15) bloggers she/he admires, by linking to their blogs and informing them about it.

If you’re too busy to do all that I don’t blame you, and I hope you will just take the nomination as a recognition of your efforts 🙂
    All the best,
    CG

    1. Thanks! I appreciate the recognition 🙂 I just got home from work-cation as my hubby likes to call it (a working vacation.) I’ve been out of cell range with no internet, so I’m a bit behind. I hope to catch up and do some work on my blog soon (God willing.) I have a few nominations for awards to respond to. If I start working on them now I might finish by Christmas 😉 lol. I do enjoy participating in awards and connecting with other bloggers, so I will do my best to pass it along! Thanks again!
      Love,
      Liana and Stephen

      1. Sweetie, as far as I’m concerned you are welcome just to display the badge – these things are not “official” per se, and I think you just deserve it without a hassle 🙂
